In this section you may find help and information about requesting a quote for a MEGA product and ordering.

How to Request a Quote / Order by FAX or PHONE:

You may request a quote for a product or order it by sending a Fax or call at +39 0331-54.79.24 specifying the product characteristics.

For Capillary Columns, specify:

Stationary Phase
Film Thickness Spessore
Internal Diameter
Length
Product Code # (browsing the online catalog you can find the code# for each item).

For PRESS-FIT Connectors, specify:

Connection type (UNION, Y 3-ways, MULTI-Ways)
The internal diameter for each way, specifying what is the single way in the case of Y-3 ways connectors and the placement of the ways in the case of Multi-Ways connectors (download and see the "form to order" that you can simply fill and send, for the PRESS-FIT connectors in word or pdf format.
Product Code # (browsing the online catalog you can find the code# for each item).

For Retention Gaps, Specify:

Internal Diameter
Length
Deactivation type

Once received your fax (or call), we will send you our best quotation for the products that interest. At this point your confirmation by Fax is necessary to proceed with the eventual order of the products (all information, including shipping expenses and payment procedures, they will be illustrated on the offer that you will receive).

Online Orders / Quotation

For registered users, it is possible to ask for a preventive and to have a view of the price menu online. (At the moment it is non possible to make orders and payments with e-commerce procedures).

To request an online preventive you may follow a very easy procedure: it is necessary to be registered on the website. Registration is free and simple (Create your account now). If you are registered users, in order to request a preventive for one or more products of your interest, it is sufficient to surf the catalogue and click on the voice “Add to cart” (you may find this voice next to each product) to select a product that you desire. You may proceed by going to the cash box and as you will notice the price is going to be €0.00 (fake) because you are only asking a preventive, as specified also in the conclusive part of the procedure. You may then send the preventive and we will provide you information on our best offer (including information on payment and shipping expenses) for the selected products. At this point it is necessary to cofirm your possible order by fax (all information will be notified to you along with the offer that you will receive).

When registered you will have access to the price menu (you will have a link on the main menu on the left of the page) where you can find the price for most of the products of the catalogue and the current offers.

We once again remind you that at the moment it is not possible to buy directly online.

To ask for a preventive fot a personalized product not listed in the catalogue, you can send us a Fax, an e-mail or you can call explaining your needs.
